UniData... Build your company data with UniData.  Utilize the tools to structure your company data in relational data tables.

  
   
 

UniDoc... Manage your company documents with UniDoc - emails, brochures, contracts, invoices, receipts, photographs. 

You build a database of information which is stored as individual items in UniDoc.  Each item can have documents of different formats attached to it.

Your administrator setup a filing structure. Your users drag and drop documents to the corresponding directories or cabinets.

Filing your email messages is done easily with UniDoc by cc copy of the email messages to the Subject of the email.  For example, if an email with Subject SO12345 is received, UniForce will automatically save the email under the Sales Order SO12345 record.

  
     
 

UniTrigger... Notify your colleague for action via email or SMS with Uni-Trigger.  You can set to send a notification message to your colleagues when you update data.  For instance, when a Salesman creates a Sales Order, an email can be send to his Sales Manager for approval.  The content of the notification message can be the full details of the Sales Order or an URL for his manager to take action online.

  
   
 

UniFlow... Automate and streamline your business workflow with Uni-Flow. There are graphical tools to define your tasks, stages, people, approval cycles, notifications, follow ups actions on uncompleted tasks.

  
   
 

UniWeb... View and update your company data with UniWeb.  A web interface for users to search and retrieve data and documents defined in UniData and UniDoc. Each user can personalize content of his web pages on what to display data - a single data record, list of data records, query result of a searching condition, or most used data. User can also export the selected data to MSExcel file.
