Work orders are generated from the estimates.  Add in the production instruction to the work order to manage the printing job.  Purchasing department to place paper order.  Printing department to schedule machine time and allocate staff to process the printing job.  Binding department to bind and finish the order.  Packing department to pack the order according to the final packing instruction.  Shipping department to ship the order with the shipping instruction. Account department to bill the job.
