Uni-information Technology Limited (UNI) is a leading IT system development and consultant company in Hong Kong.  UNI was established in 2000, a consolidation of two successful companies, Pre-time Limited and UniCONN Technologies Limited, found by Donald Tong and W. K. Lai backed in 1988. Our expertise - application development on Unix and Linux.

Over the years, we have developed our application expertise in the printing industry. We have undergone three major version upgrades on our Printing Estimation and Management System offering the most powerful printing estimation module.

We have also build a complete development platform, UniForce, with all the tools to develop, deploy, and manage business applications with minimum technical skills.

Furthermore, since the debut in 2000 as the first unified messaging service that fully integrates with the telephone network in Hong Kong, HelloVoice remains as our pride in offering subscription based services - integrating fax, voice mails and emails - in both Hong Kong and China regions.
